1. Service Overview
YTPay provides a platform for Indian residents to sell USDT and receive INR via UPI or bank transfer. All transactions are subject to manual review by our operations team.
2. Eligibility
You must be an Indian resident aged 18+, complete KYC verification, and provide accurate identity and payout information. One account per person.
3. Orders & Deposits
You must send USDT on TRC20 network to the address shown on the platform, upload transfer proof (screenshot + TxHash), and submit an order. Incorrect network or amount may result in rejection or delay.
4. Rates & Fees
Exchange rates and platform fees are displayed before order submission and may change without prior notice. Final INR amount is confirmed after manual verification.
5. Review & Payout
We manually review KYC, orders, and deposit proofs. Payout is made to your registered UPI or bank account after verification. Processing times vary during peak hours.
6. Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may freeze accounts suspected of fraud or policy violations.
7. Prohibited Use
Do not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. We may reject orders, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses from blockchain delays, incorrect transfers, third-party failures, or force majeure. Service is provided as-is within applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
